Exchange Policy:
If you would like to exchange an item, please reach out to us within 7 days of receiving your purchase. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with exchanges. Our exchange policy does not apply to custom orders unless the issue is from our side (e.g., a manufacturing defect).

Refund Policy:
If you would like to return an item for a refund, please get in touch with us within 7 days of receiving your order.

A service charge of 800 rupees will be deducted from the refund amount.
Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
Refunds will be processed via bank transfer only.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Custom orders are non-returnable unless there is a manufacturing fault on our end.
Refunds and exchanges will be processed within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item.
Due to logistics policies, cash refunds are not available—only bank transfers are possible.
If express delivery was chosen and a return is requested, delivery charges will not be refunded.
Sale items are final and cannot be exchanged or refunded.
