Returns & delivery

If you would like to return an item for a refund, please get in touch with us within 7 days of receiving your order.

• A service charge of 800 rupees will be deducted from the refund amount.
• Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
• Refunds will be processed via bank transfer only.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable.
• Custom orders are non-returnable unless there is a manufacturing fault on our end.
• Refunds and exchanges will be processed within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item.
• Due to logistics policies, cash refunds are not available—only bank transfers are possible.
• If express delivery was chosen and a return is requested, delivery charges will not be refunded.
• Sale items are final and cannot be exchanged or refunded.
